As owner of Marand Manor, a 23 suite apartment block in Wembley and the fact that I do not reside in Grande Prairie, I depend on Tom Shields Realty to collect the rents, screen the tenants and supervise the maintenance of the apartments and grounds. They also provide me with a monthly financial report on all income and expenses.
I find their work to be very professional and I would recommend them to any other owner who would like their rentals to be looked after in a way that keeps the tenants happy and monitors all expenses.

My experience with Tom Shields Realty was an immediate de-stressing experience. They have somehow found excellent renters consistently, and my house was in incredible condition upon my inspection this year. Maintenance issues have been dealt with immediately, and always provided me with economical repair options in each case. My involvement with the property has been minimal, usually consisting of a “yes” or “no” confirmation or choosing between repair option “A” or “B”. Detailed monthly reports are also sent to me on a timely basis. I don’t think I could manage the property more efficiently if I lived there myself!
